Change is Scary. Not Changing is Scarier.

One of the most frightening concepts to most individuals is not a violent threat to their lives, but a threat to how they're living their lives. Any change, even change for the better, terrifies most people. Many drug addicts, shopaholics, and people in highly dysfunctional relationships fear change so much that they would rather be hopelessly addicted, broke, or in a bad relationship simply because the thought of changing scares them to their core. Bad habits, no matter how bad they may be, are at least normal to people and they know what to expect. When the explorers Meriwether Lewis and William Clark were commissioned by Thomas Jefferson to explore new sections of the Pacific coast, the unknown must have been the greatest fear to them. The thought of stepping outside of their comfortable homes and into the unexplored areas must have been terrifying. Today, some of the places they explored is some of the most sought-after real estate in the entire country. Because they stepped outside of their comfortable zones, they were able to find something truly great on the other side.

If you're in a bad relationship, wanting to establish your life again after a drug addiction, or just don't know where to get to where you want to be, Tulsa life coach and counselor Candice Campbell wants to help you find your footing on the path towards a better and brighter tomorrow. Licensed life coach Candice Campbell can help you leave those burdens that have weighed you down in the past in order to assist you in climbing your own mountains, jumping your own hurdles, and becoming the person you want to be for your family, your friends, and for the rest of your life.
